   * debian/control: Change Maintainer to Ahmed Alaoui.
   * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4, no changes needed.

   * debian/rules: Remove --with-regex-library=pcre, dependency was dropped.
   * debian/rules: Remove dh_strip dbgsym migration, transition is complete.
   * debian/upstream/metadata: Add upstream metadata file.
   * debian/watch: Set pgpmode=none, upstream signature uses insecure v3 key.
   * debian/source.lintian-overrides: Override source-is-missing for gtk-doc HTML.
