   * debian/appstream/net.sf.cdemu.libmirage.metainfo.xml:
     - Change provided library soname from 11 to 12.
     - Add 3.3.0 and 3.3.1 releases.
   * debian/control:
     - Bump cmake minimum required version to 3.16.
     - Remove libgirepository1.0-dev dependency (closes: #1118877)
       and replace it with individual packages: gir1.2-gio-2.0-dev,
       gir1.2-gmodule-2.0-dev and gir1.2-gobject-2.0-dev.
       Also add minimum required version for gobject-introspection set
       to 1.80, to catch unsupported systems.
     - Add valac as build dependency to provide Vala bindings.
     - Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
     - Change library soname from 11 to 12.
     - Remove devhelp recommendation (closes: #1121875).
   * debian/copyright:
     - Make the copyright fields as ASCII as possible.
     - Small edits to license fields.
   * debian/libmirage-dev.install:
     - Provide Vala bindings (closes: #1128922).
   * debian/libmirage11.*:
     - rename libmirage11 .docs, .install and .symbols files to new
       libmirage12 suffix.
   * debian/rules:
     - Change library version from 3.2 to 3.3.
   * debian/tests/*:
     - Add tests control file and vala-bindings one. Thanks to Sébastien
       Noel <sebastien@twolife.be> for the patch to provide Vala bindings
       and to test them.
