   * New upstream release.
   * Adopt the package (Closes: #1050247)
   * Update debian/copyright to reflect new upstream ownership:
     - Update copyright years to 2001-2021 for The STIX Fonts Project Authors.
     - Append the Reserved Font Name "TM Math" statement to license section.
   * Repack upstream source to exclude non-distributable or unbuildable files:
     - Use Files-Excluded to strip source/, tools/, and build scripts.
     - Transition to distributing pre-compiled OTF fonts, as the current
       upstream build system relies on skia-pathops and other complex
       dependencies that are difficult to satisfy in the build environment.
   * Modernize packaging structure:
     - Update Standards-Version to 4.7.2.
     - Remove Build-Depends on unzip.
     - Simplify debian/rules.
     - Update debian/install to deploy fonts.
     - Remove debian/clean.
