   * debian/control:
     - Change Maintainer to Ahmed Alaoui.
     - Drop Priority and Rules-Requires-Root (now defaults).
     - Bump Standards-Version from 4.7.0 to 4.7.4.
   * debian/patches: Add DEP-3 headers with Forwarded: not-needed
     to all 10 patches.
   * debian/watch: Add comment about frozen upstream and 522 error.
   * debian/upstream/metadata: Add new file.
