Hi, since this is a NEW package. You're supposed to close the ITP bug in d/changelog. 

Please remove all other changelog entries and add the following line only:

* Initial Release (Closes:#bugnumber)

Also the debian version will be 1.2.1-1. the trailing "-1" will only be incremented if your package is already in debian and you're pushing a new update to the packaging.
