   * d/watch: revert to version 4 (version 5 broke mentors.debian.net's
     uscan parse and isn't recognized by its lintian yet).
   * d/control: restore explicit Priority: optional (recommended for the
     source paragraph; a prior pedantic-only lintian run had called this
     redundant).
   * d/rules: respect DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck in override_dh_auto_test.
