.
* Upstream sources have been separated from the debian package.
* Dropped rulex package dependency.
* Updated ru_speak script.
* Don't treat koi8 locale absence as a critical error.
* Don't touch unknown words sink when dictionary is not in use by
whatever reason.
* Packaged for Debian. (Closes: #1055879)
