   * New upstream release.
   * Updated copyright for the changed gnulib modules and build files.
   * Updated Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
   * Updated debhelper-compat-version to 14 and activated the single-binary
     addon explicitly.
   * Removed redundant debhelper Build-Depends, Priority and Rules-Requires-Root
     fields.
   * Removed unnecessary autoreconf argument to dh.
   * Moved upstream from SourceForge to sourcehut and updated Homepage, Vcs-*,
     copyright Source and upstream metadata accordingly.
   * Updated watch-file-standard to 5 and switched to sourcehut release
     artifacts.
   * Added lintian override for generated gperf data.
