The fact that the package uses standards 4.7.2 doesn't mean it's defective or needs modifications. The Debian development cycle is slow, and the 4.7.3 standards are very recent. The new policies need to be studied before being implemented hastily. Besides, it's obvious that there's a transition from standards version 4.7.2 to 4.7.3, and that's perfectly fine. I don't see any defect in this. Please do not mark the package as needing modifications again for this reason.
