 .
   * Adopt package. (Closes: #1147326)
   * Run the upstream pytest suite at build time with its Debian test
     dependencies, and add explicit installed-package CLI and regression
     autopkgtests.
   * Update upstream repository URLs to their canonical location.
   * Correct the pip-missing-reqs summary and the pip-extra-reqs ignore-
     requirement short option in the manual pages.
   * Use offline distribution fixtures in upstream tests, independent of
     system package RECORD metadata and the pytest invocation method.
   * Document interpreter selection and the limitations of checking
     distributions without installation file metadata in README.Debian.
