update d/watch to version 5, see:
manpages.debian.org/testing/devscripts/uscan-templates.5.en.html

fix d/changelog, you don't need to update changelog for each change.
just (0.0.4-1) not any more.

in d/control remove Priority and Rules-Requires-Root fields, there are no longer needed.

in d/control, change Section to utils


your Build-Depends in d/control is wrong, please use salsa to host Packaging files and use salsa CI to test package building.

Test your packaging with Salsa(Gitlab) CI and lintian

I think I've addressed most of these suggestions. My salsa account is pending approval, when that is available I will take another pass at the build dependencies and double check the rest.
