   * New maintainer. (Closes: #1007187)
   * Adopt active GitHub fork (alexmarsev/libbs2b) as effective upstream;
     repack orig as +dfsg1 because the fork incorporates prior Debian fixes
     (format-security, fp clipping, math linkage) so content diverges from the
     historical 3.1.0+dfsg SourceForge tarball.
     - Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.2.
     - Refresh debian/watch for git mode and set repacksuffix +dfsg1.
     - Drop obsolete get-orig-source helper.
     - Simplify debian/rules; remove dh-autoreconf build-dep.
     - Add basic autopkgtest suite (smoke, compile) for build & runtime sanity.
     - Provide and sanitize symbols file
   * Retain only DFSG / Debian-specific patches:
     - remove-win32-references.patch (drop win32 Makefile reference)
     - build-libm-libadd.patch (temp keep: moves -lm into LIBADD; to
       forward upstream once accepted)
     - drop-dist-xz.patch (Debian-only: orig already repacked as xz;
       not intended for upstream)
   * Repacked orig tarball as 3.1.0+dfsg1 (win32/*, autogen.sh removed per
     Files-Excluded).
   * Switch Build-Depends from pkg-config to pkgconf (lintian guidance).
