 ipv6pref (1.0.3-4) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * d/watch: fix malformed watch file. The inherited "Version: 5" git-mode
     block used a non-standard key syntax uscan/lintian couldn't parse at
     all (reported as missing-debian-watch-file-standard on
     mentors.debian.net); replaced with a working version=4 watch against
     upstream's actual release/<version> GitHub tags.
   * d/control: restore Priority: optional in the source paragraph.
     Mentors.debian.net's production lintian flags its absence
     (recommended-field) even though a prior QA upload pedantically
     removed it as redundant -- same local-pedantic-vs-production lintian
     disagreement already seen while packaging tabview.
   * d/copyright: rename the non-standard "Maintainer-Contact" field to
     the DEP-5-standard "Upstream-Contact" (mentors.debian.net reported it
     as missing, since it only recognizes the standard key); add the
     2026 Stefan Andrei Ionut line to the Files: debian/* copyright block
     alongside the existing 2016 entry, reflecting current packaging work.
