Here on mentors.debian.net lintian issued "missing-debian-watch-file-standard", but when I'm running 'uscan' It seams working. What can be wrong? There is my watch file:

May be I'm running to fast and it is to early switching to version 5?

please run lintian (from unstable) on your machine and check. I *guess* you need an uppercase V on the first line

Uppercase the first letter or not is not matter. 
Version 5 watch file rules say - Key names are case-insensitive. 
But there is a bug #1112320 I've found exactly with my case.
This bug is closed with last lintian version (2.124.0).
I've tested my package with this version and it is perfect.
It looks like mentors.debian.net still using buggy version.
So I have to wait a little.
