   * debian/control:
     - Add libbladerf-dev (>= 0.2025.10) to Build-Depends on the architectures
       where it is available
     - Require libabsl-dev (>= 20240116) and libarmadillo-dev (>= 1:9.900.0),
       the minimum versions supported upstream
     - Fix grammar in the package description
   * debian/rules:
     - Enable the bladeRF and SAPHYRION EVK1029 signal sources
     - Remove redundant source directory argument to dh_auto_configure
   * debian/copyright: Update according to the upstream SPDX tags and the
     license texts in the LICENSES/ directory
   * debian/watch: Track the upstream tags page and verify the OpenPGP
     signature of the release tarball
   * debian/gbp.conf: Set debian-branch to main
   * debian/tests: Add a non-superficial test running the QA of the
     volk_gnsssdr kernels against their generic implementations
   * Remove debian/source/options and the __pycache__ entry in debian/clean,
     no longer needed since upstream does not write generated files into the
     source tree
