When adopting a package you should retitle the 'O' bug to 'ITA'.

Send an email to the bug report with the below line at the top of the email.

Control: retitle -1 ITA: emacs-neotree -- directory tree sidebar for Emacs that is like NERDTree for Vim

The retitle will happen, the '-1' means this bug report and You are changing the 'O' to 'ITA' only.

This will remove the bug being closed in the wrong way when you do a new upload to mentors.
