It looks like the lintian version is old and triggers the following false-alarms:

- The debian/watch in version 5 format is not recognized.

- Rules-Requires-Root now defaults to yes and newer lintian warns when set.

Also, the revision is -2 because the `-1' was already tagged but rejected by FTP masters due to missing copyright holders.  It has been addressed in -2.
