Hi, Seems like the lintian errors still exist even in the new QA check. I suggest you to talk to people on a mailing list that's related to the package. People will assist you there. https://lists.debian.org/ , you'll find mailing lists here. Subscribe to the relevant one and discuss it there. Regards, Aryan Karamtoth

Hi Ben, Debian QA indicates some lintian errors, use sbuild and piuparts to rebuild your package in a minimal chroot environment and fix the lintian errors. Seems like you have retitled your ITP. Just reupload your package using dput -f mentors packagename_version.changes Also change your "Needs a Sponsor" to Yes if you want a sponsor for this package. If you can fix these QA errors, a DD can proceed with reviewing your work. Regards, Aryan Karamtoth

Hello, I am not seeing these Lintian errors in my sbuild output, or in Salsa CI. The errors mention "missing source" for HTML files; this clearly makes no sense. I think it must be an issue with the version of Lintian that mentors is using. Thanks, -- Ben Westover

Hi, if you've made any changes to the packaging information please re-upload the package by signing it with your GPG key and typing dput -f mentors packagename.source It will re-upload the package and run the QA checks again and it'll give you more inputs about what to change. DDs will be more willing to review your package if your Debian QA is clean from errors. Regards, Aryan Karamtoth
