  1. A few comments (as a sponsored maintainer, I'm not able to sponser an upload).

Today, you opened multiple RFS about the same project.  From the outside, they
differ (binclock 1.5-13, 1.5-14, 1.5-15).  By inspection of the the uploads to
the mentors page, I however infer they are the result of increments to improve
the _packaging_ part for an eventual upload to Debian.  My reconmmendation would
be to 1) fix as many errors as possible, irrespective (within reason) the number
of uploads to the mentors page.  When error indicators on the mentors page are
gone, file once a RFS.  If you struggle to address an issue indicated by the
mentors page, a specific RFH may help.

Else, I read different version numbers like 1.5-13, 1.5-14, 1.5-15 as "each of
them refers to the upstream version 1.5, however with a specific patch 13, 14,
or 15 identified as necessary to correct something specific to the Debian
system _after_ an already successful upload of upstream version 1.5 as package
1.5-1 to Debian's branch testing.  By file d/changelog as seen on salsa
(https://salsa.debian.org/debian/binclock, commit f9ae57e0 by Nov 28, 2025),
this would be 1.5-13 (`dch -i`).

However, maybe the upstream version changed and published 1.6, or 1.7, etc.
Then, the versioning in Debian should reflect this, too.  If the last / current
version uploaded to Debian is 1.5, and the present upstream version is 1.7,
you can omit version 1.6 altogether, too if this is reasonable.  As an example,
the update of version 0.15.0 to 0.17.0 of `ruby-mdl` found a sponsor, and was
accepted to `testing`.

which should be addressed.  Consider to deposit the _upstream_ code base in a
public instance of git (which could be GitHub, GitLab, gittea, codeberg to
mention a few) instead of a non-https web site which is more likely to go down
than a larger host.  Because you or others might be interested to package the
code not only for Debian, but other distributions (e.g., apt, or rpm based),
it might be a good idea to keep this _upstream_ repository separate from the one
dedicated to packaging to Debian (which for many .deb packages happens to be
salsa - which is useful for multiple reasons, yet not a strict requirement).
