I'm not a DD but I think the VCS fields must point to the VCS of the Debian package, not of upstream.

Thank you for looking at my package and suggesting improvements. You are correct, Debian Policy Manual 5.6.26 specifies that these fields point to where the Debian source package is developed. I'll see if I can't get it uploaded to salsa then fix these fields.
