  1. > * URL             : http://launchpad.net/ttf-burmese-fonts

    It may be convenient to store all your work at launchpad.net (Ubuntu), but you should understand the reference workflow in order to avoid some confusions.
    * upstream releases a source archive, with instructions for *all* users to compile and use it.
      There is no debian/ subdirectory, or anything Debian/Ubuntu related here. People may want to install your fonts on Windows/MacOS/Red Hat or whatever.
    * Debian (or any other redistributor) downloads the source archive, prepares a Debian source package (by adding the debian/ subdirectory). From this Debian source package, they compile Debian binary packages (listed in debian/control) and releases these binaries.
      Debian work is often published in a VCS like salsa.debian.org.
    * Ubuntu redistributes the Debian source and binary packages, sometimes with some specific changes.
      Ubuntu work is almost always published in one VCS: launchpad.net.

    For example, your package should not be debian/source/format/"3.0 (native)" (specific to Debian or Ubuntu, no debian/watch file). It should be "3.0 (quilt)" (as described above, with a debian/watch file).

    Some URLs in the documentation (http://www.zawgyi.net, http://www.ayarunicodegroup.org) seem to refer to "upstream" groups. You should probably describe more in detail their relation with your package.

    > * License         : GPL2
    debian/copyright says differently.

    Ideally, when possible,
    * the "source" files described in source/SOURCES.txt should be provided in upstream archive,
    * they should be rebuilt with free tools.
    I ignore what is actually possible here.

    >   Programming Lang: C++
    Why?

    > Description : Myanmar Fonts Packs for Debian Upstream
    Please replace "Debian Upstream" with something useful for the end-user (using Debian or Ubuntu or ...)
    https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/ch06.en.html#bpp-debian-control

    > Inculde fonts packs
    _____lu

    > its migrate from ttf-myanmar-fonts
    (did you mean burmese?)
    This information is not useful *for Debian*, as the previous name has never existed *in Debian*).

    The ./debian/console subdirectory should probably be ./console in the top directory. It is not specific to Debian or Ubuntu.
    Is the Makefile ever used?

    In debian/control, you should explain in comments all these Provides/Replaces/Recommends dependencies.
    For example, it is surprising that
      ttf-myanmar-fonts-zawgyi Provides:   ttf-myanmar-fonts
      ttf-myanmar-fonts        Recommends: ttf-myanmar-fonts-zawgyi
    https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/#virtual-packages-provides

    * ttf-myanmar-fonts-zawgyi:
      What does *non-free* mean in the description?
      Debian and Ubuntu differ about handling non-free stuff.
      The short description (in the Description: line) should not end with a semicolon ";".
    * myanmar3 misses a description
    * myanmarcensus should explain NLP and F/A. Semicolon.
    * pyidaungsu: NLP, F/A, semicolon.
    * ayar: semicolon.

    debian/files and debian/*.substvars seems to be in the VCS by error and should probably be removed.

    ttf-myanmar-fonts-docs.install should probably be renamed to ttf-myanmar-fonts-docs.docs.
