Comments

python-4suite-xml was removed last year from Debian. As only create_html_table.py use it, I suggest rewriting this file - there are lots of xml python packages in Debian which can be used instead of 4suite-xml.

Another small thing which lintian found on the binary package:

E: ndpmon: missing-dependency-on-python-support python-support (>= 0.90)

N:    The package installs a file in usr/share/python-support/ but does not
N:    declare the necessary dependency on python-support.

N:    This can happen if ${python:Depends} was omitted from the Depends field
N:    in debian/control.

So replace "python (>= 2.5)" by ${python:Depends} in debian/control
and add python-support to the build-deps.
