   * New upstream release.
   * Adding upstream metadata file.
   * Compat increased to 13 and standards to 4.7.
   * Making sure it's possible to rebuild after clean. (Closes: #1044484)
   * Fixing issues with importing standard modules. (Closes: #1024333)
   * Fully updated debian/copyright for the package.
   * Replaced symbolic links with alternatives
   * Repacking after removal of prebuilt Windows executable
   * Migration to debputy
